Designated sponsorship donations are recorded and applied only to the named beneficiary or the approved purpose stated for that donation.
AICSS does not take any portion of a designated sponsorship donation for salaries, office costs, administration or other official work.
Donation receipts, purpose records, approval details and transfer or utilisation records are maintained in accordance with applicable procedures.
Each step is intended to protect the donor’s stated purpose and support responsible financial administration.
Clear classification helps donors understand how their support is administered.
A donation expressly given for a named beneficiary or a particular approved welfare need.
A donation given to support AICSS welfare activities generally, rather than one named beneficiary.
It does not mean that every request for welfare assistance is automatically approved, or that AICSS guarantees to raise the full amount requested. Assistance remains subject to the applicable programme rules, verification where required, authorised approval and available resources.
AICSS will not divert a designated sponsorship donation to its administration or unrelated official expenses. Any unavoidable external banking, statutory or third-party charge, where applicable, will be handled and disclosed in accordance with the approved policy and applicable law. Such a charge is not an AICSS administrative deduction.
If the stated purpose cannot be completed, or a balance remains, AICSS will deal with the amount in accordance with the donor’s stated terms, applicable law and the approved donation policy.
AICSS aims to maintain a traceable record from receipt to transfer or approved utilisation.
Each donation is identified by its type, amount, date received and stated purpose.
Beneficiary details and relevant welfare approvals are maintained as required by the applicable procedure.
Banking and utilisation records are retained to support financial review and audit.
When you sponsor a particular beneficiary or approved welfare need, your donation is not used to meet AICSS administrative or official expenses. It is handled for the purpose you designated, with transparency and accountability.

AICSS maintains appropriate receipt, designation, approval and banking or utilisation records, subject to privacy, confidentiality and applicable legal requirements.
AICSS will follow the donor’s stated terms, applicable law and its approved donation policy before dealing with any unutilised balance or change of purpose.
